Your Personal Theory and Growth Plan paper will be a culmination of your work in this class thus far, as well as a roadmap for future self- and relationship development. This paper should be five to eight pages long, double-spaced, and APA formatted, with at least four academic references. Use the work you’ve done so far in this class, such as the Personal Reflection Paper, Journal Entries, and Personal Value Statement, to complete this assignment. All of the following topics must be addressed in the paper:
Who are you?
Consider your past experiences, family dynamics, past relationships, and personality traits to summarize what you’ve learned about yourself.
Determine your personal strengths and weaknesses when it comes to relationships.
Identify the people who are currently a part of your life’s meaningful support system.
What are your requirements?
Discuss some of your most common relational needs that you’ve discovered (security, acceptance, etc.).
