Task 2: Conduct research utilizing various research procedures. Conduct a review of various literature sources to determine which are most suited for your chosen field of research. Collect data from primary and secondary sources using various research methodologies. To ensure that you can draw valid conclusions, the data must be sufficient.
Task 3 Research Findings Presentation
You’ll need to write a report that summarizes all of your research findings. This must be provided in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience.
Provide a thorough description of the purpose, methodologies, findings, and recommendations in the report.
Reference all sources using a recognized system.
Justify your judgments and recommendations with the data you’ve gathered.
The fourth task is to keep a reflective journal.
After you finish your research project, you must create a reflective journal that includes an assessment of the skills you utilized during the research.

The learner will choose one research topic that is related to strategic company development.
The learner will be required to discuss the study problem and objectives of the research project in great detail.
The learner will produce a research proposal by developing a viable research question(s) and designing a research strategy. The final proposal will be presented in writing and orally (brief presentation 5-10 minutes).
The learner must provide a clear written justification for their research question selection, demonstrating how it is closely related to a strategic company growth component.
