Human Resource Management (SHRM) can be a valuable resource for developing and certifying HR professionals. You must now explain to the management team the components of this model and how they can be used to help the HR department achieve operational success. A one-hour meeting has been set up, with the
CEO in attendance.
Create a 20-slide PowerPoint presentation that includes your script, discussion, or commentary in the Notes section of each slide, and includes the following:
Include the cover, presentation agenda, conclusion, and reference list slides, as well as any other slides that may be included in the total number of slides.
Give an overview of the importance of having a well-developed team of HR business partners on a slide. Make it clear what your position is.

Introduce the SHRM BoCK model and its components with 14 slides. Make sure to draw attention to all of the model’s features. Note: Including an image of the actual SHRM BoCK model in the presentation is highly recommended.
